The Temple Beth Israel Biblical Garden is an extension of the Sylvia Plotkin Museum which offers unique view into biblical days. It was created in loving memory of Evanne Copland Kofman by her family.

Our garden is maintained by its volunteer curator, Dr. Richard Zonis

Some of the plants include flax, papyrus, fig, date, and olive trees. All useful plants for food or other resources.

Enjoy a stroll along the path, a picnic lunch or bring a book and meditate among these ancient plants which are all mentioned in the bible.

The garden is available for tours. Please contact us for scheduling.
